Terms of use

The LegalSmart24 service provides 2G Dmytro Melnyk (NIP 5242995897, REGON 527482258, ul. Kołacińska 46, 03-171 Warszawa). Full terms of service, withdrawal and complaints are in the contract (Umowa), Ukrainian translation.

LegalSmart24 is a private support service and is not a government authority, consulate or visa centre.

Services

The user chooses a service, provides truthful data and documents and pays on the terms shown before payment.

Decisions of authorities

The service does not guarantee a visa, residence permit, citizenship or any other decision. Final decisions are made by the competent authorities.

User responsibility

The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided, the legality of documents and timely compliance with official requirements.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are final, without VAT (the provider is VAT-exempt). A consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days — the procedure and refunds are described in §6 of the contract.
